With more than 15 years of experience and projects in over 40 countries, Juanjo has helped clubs, federations, coaches, investors and brands turn padel from an idea into a sustainable, profitable business.

Founder & CEO, Global Padel Consulting

Juanjo López has dedicated his career to building successful padel projects across very different markets. He has advised clubs, federations, investors and brands on how to grow sustainably, improve profitability and professionalise their operations.

As International Business Development Director at Padelmba and Manu Martín Academy Expererience Director, he led international projects in coach education, academy expansion and high-performance training experiences.

Today, as Director of CPIM (Indoor Padel Clubs Association of Madrid), Juanjo represents 25 of Madrid’s top indoor padel clubs, working closely with them on financial KPIs, sponsorships, services and long-term growth strategies.

This combination of field experience, strategic vision and global network is the foundation of Global Padel Consulting.

  2. 30-minute video call
    We schedule a 30-minute video call where Juanjo personally analyses and sizes your project: current situation, challenges, opportunities and realistic goals.

  3. Custom proposal
    Based on that conversation, we design a personalised consulting proposal aligned with your needs, timeline and budget. Each proposal specifies the scope of work, expected outcomes and the expert team that will support your project.
